Terms & Conditions
- Possession will be given after one month of settlement of all accounts
- Documentation charge, stamp duty, service tax & common area maintenance charge will be extra.
- All statutory charges, Govt. rates, tax on land, municipal taxes, Electricity Board, water Charges, property taxes, service tax, VAT and other levies by whatever name called , demanded or imposed by the authorities on the said building land appurtenant thereto as the case may be shall be payable proportionately by the purchaser.
- Any new central or state government taxes, if applicable shall have to be borne by the purchaser.
- Extra work shall be executed after receiving full Payments.
- Continuous defaults for three months in payments lead to cancellation.
- Developers shall have the right to change or raise scheme or any details herein and change or revision will be binding to all.
- Electricity power, water supply, drainage arrangement may at Govt.’s sole discretion and subject to such Government approvals. Developers will not responsible for any delay in such arrangement. Electric & Water connection charges shall be paid extra by purchaser as actual.
- Any plans, specification or information in this brochure cannot form part of an offer, contract or agreement.
- Rights of terrace/roof will be reserved with the developers with available FSI.
